Ia-le de pe foc si lasa ceaiul la infuzat pentru 5-10 minute. Asteapta sa se raceasca.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incalzeste cuptorul la 170\u00ba C.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intr-un recipient mare, bate galbenusurile cu 30 g de zahar tos circa 5 minute, pana cand compozitia se ingroasa. Toarna incet uleiul si amesteca in continuare.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adauga ceaiul rece deasupra si omogenizeaza bine compozitia. Pentru o aroma de ceai mai puternica, adauga si cateva grame de frunze pisate de Earl Grey. Pune faina si praful de copt, apoi amesteca astfel incat sa nu se formeze cocoloase.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intr-un alt bol, bate albusurile spuma, apoi adauga 90 g de zahar tos si bate pana cand formeaza varfuri tari. Adauga compozitia in 3 transe in amestecul obtinut anterior si omogenizeaza cu atentie.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toarna amestecul final intr-o tava rotunda cu diametrul de 20 cm.
