Acela\u015fi lucru este valabil \u015fi \u00een cazul infuziilor de plante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucrurile se schimb\u0103 dac\u0103 obi\u015fnuim s\u0103 ne bem ceaiul \u00eendulcit. O linguri\u0163\u0103 de <strong>zah\u0103r alb rafinat<\/strong>, adic\u0103 4 grame, are aproximativ 15 calorii, \u00een timp ce un plicule\u0163 de zah\u0103r de 3 grame, ca cel servit \u00een restaurante sau cafenele, con\u0163ine circa 11 calorii. Totu\u015fi, gustul este pu\u0163in diferit de cel al zah\u0103rului sau mierii, astfel c\u0103 s-ar putea ca la prima \u00eencercare s\u0103 nu fie tocmai pe placul vostru. Noi v\u0103 recomand\u0103m totu\u015fi s\u0103 o \u00eencerca\u0163i \u015fi s\u0103 vede\u0163i dac\u0103 vi se potrive\u015fte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiul negru este minunat cu <strong>lapte<\/strong>, care adaug\u0103 la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u ceva calorii \u00een b\u0103utura noastr\u0103 preferat\u0103. 30 ml de lapte integral au 18 calorii, \u00een timp ce \u00een cazul laptelui degresat num\u0103rul acestora scade p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10.
