Da, da, ai citit bine: vin fiert cu rooibos.<\/p>\n<p>Acum s\u0103 presupunem c\u0103 e\u0219ti foarte r\u0103cit, poate \u0219i un pic sup\u0103rat, poate c\u0103 vin ni\u0219te prieteni la tine ca tu \u0219i a\u0219a nu ai chef s\u0103 ie\u0219i, \u0219i vrei s\u0103 faci vreo 4 litri de vin fiert cu rooibos.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru o asemenea cantitate ai nevoie de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 -10 linguri\u021be cu varf de rooibos<\/li>\n<li>1 baton de scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103 \u2013 unul \u00eentreg<\/li>\n<li>15 boabe de cardamon<\/li>\n<li>8 cui\u0219oare \u00eentregi<\/li>\n<li>Coaja de la o portocal\u0103<\/li>\n<li>O bucat\u0103 de ghimbir uscat<\/li>\n<li>100 grame stafide<\/li>\n<li>1 litru de vin ro\u0219u (dulce, sec, cum prefera\u021bi)<\/li>\n<li>Zeama de la o l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/li>\n<li>Zah\u0103r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Procedura:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se face mai \u00eent\u00e2i ceaiul. Adic\u0103 alegi <a title=\"Ceai rooibos de la d'Oro Tea\" href=\"http:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceai-rosu\" target=\"_blank\">un sortiment de rooibos<\/a>\u00a0 \u2013 eu una a\u0219 merge pe cel <a title=\"Ceai rooibos de la d'Oro Tea\" href=\"http:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceai-rosu\/ceai-rooibos-natural-bio\" target=\"_blank\">bio\u00a0<\/a> &#8211; \u0219i se prepar\u0103 3 litri de ceai. Foarte important este s\u0103 ui\u021bi de ceai, s\u0103 \u00eel la\u0219i la infuzat c\u00e2t mai mult. Asta este una dintre calit\u0103\u021bile rooibosului \u2013 cu c\u00e2t \u00eel la\u0219i mai mult, cu at\u00e2t devine mai bun, mai \u201cputernic\u201d (de\u0219i dac\u0103 e s\u0103 compar\u0103m ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 puternic \u00een cazul rooibos \u0219i puternic \u00een cazul ceaiului verde\u2026avem dou\u0103 M\u0103rii cu dou\u0103 p\u0103l\u0103rii diferite\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Se adaug\u0103 toate ingredientele \u0219i se aduce la punctul de fierbere, unde se \u021bine vreo 10 minute (rooibosul este \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een oal\u0103).<\/li>\n<li>Se ia de pe foc \u0219i se las\u0103 s\u0103 se lini\u0219teasc\u0103 1- 2 ore<\/li>\n<li>Se adaug\u0103 vinul \u0219i se pune iar pe foc, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ajunge pe la vreo 60 de grade<\/li>\n<li>Se adaug\u0103 zah\u0103r, mai mult vin (daca vrei) \u0219i suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u2013 toate trei ingredientele se adaug\u0103 ochiometric dar mai ales \u00een func\u021bie de preferin\u021bele personale. Rezultatul final ar trebui s\u0103 fie nici prea dulce, nici prea acru, dar ingredientele s\u0103 se simt\u0103 intens. Partea bun\u0103 e c\u0103 zah\u0103rul se poate ad\u0103uga \u0219i la sf\u00e2r\u0219it.<\/li>\n<li>Se strecoar\u0103 rooibosul \u0219i celelalte chestii.<\/li>\n<li>Se toarn\u0103 \u00een c\u0103ni.<\/li>\n<li>Se bea.<\/li>\n<li>Se r\u00e2de. Musai.<\/li>\n<li>Se mai toarn\u0103 o can\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hai noroc! S\u0103 fim s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i!<\/p>\n<p>PS: Preferabil ar fi s\u0103 le spui prietenilor ce be\u021bi dup\u0103 ce a\u021bi b\u0103ut o can\u0103.
