Totu\u0219i, clima rece, umed\u0103 \u0219i \u021binutul muntos, al\u0103turi de m\u0103iestria mo\u0219tenit\u0103 de la Japonia \u0219i China fac din ceaiul taiwanez unul deosebit. Se pune mare accent pe <strong>calitate<\/strong>, at\u00e2t \u00een privin\u021ba aspectului frunzelor de ceai, c\u00e2t \u0219i a aromei. \u00cen regiunile produc\u0103toare, exist\u0103 <strong>competi\u021bii bianuale de ceai<\/strong>, unde cultivatorii vin cu cele mai bune sortimente pentru a fi evaluate de exper\u021bi. Majoritatea cultivatorilor de pe insul\u0103 ob\u021bin 4 recolte pe an. Deoarece \u00een prezent ceaiul este o b\u0103utur\u0103 foarte popular\u0103 \u00een Taiwan, importurile sunt de trei ori mai mari dec\u00e2t exporturile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00ce\u021bi recomand\u0103m un ceai Formosa Jade aromat, cu caise \u0219i trandafiri! \u00cel g\u0103se\u0219ti \u00een magazinul nostru online, <a href=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceaiuri\/ceai-verde\/ceai-oolong-formosa-jade-caise\" target=\"_blank\">AICI<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sortimente de ceai Formosa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Pouchong (&#8222;Bao Zhong&#8221;). <\/strong>Din acest oolong u\u0219or oxidat, cu frunze ondulate, mari, de un verde \u00eenchis, rezult\u0103 o infuzie galben-aurie. Cel mai vechi \u0219i celebru sortiment de ceai Formosa, Dong Ding este cultivat \u00een mun\u021bii Nantou. Se prelucreaz\u0103 printr-o oxidare redus\u0103 sau medie, ie\u0219ind \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 prin frunzele rulate str\u00e2ns. Are o arom\u0103 dulceag\u0103, de miere \u0219i note vegetale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bai Hao (&#8222;Frumuse\u021be oriental\u0103&#8221;). <\/strong>Oxidat \u00een propor\u021bie de 65-70%, ceaiul Bai Hao are o caracteristic\u0103 interesant\u0103: frunzele sale sunt mu\u0219cate de o insect\u0103 care tr\u0103ie\u0219te pe insul\u0103, ceea ce declan\u0219eaz\u0103 la plant\u0103 producerea unei substan\u021be de ap\u0103rare. Exportul de ceai taiwanez realizat de John Dodd la New York a fost un succes, iar ceaiul oolong taiwanez a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie cunoscut \u00een Occident ca Formosa oolong.
