Frunzele fiec\u0103rui sortiment de ceai verde au o nuan\u021b\u0103 specific\u0103, iar cunosc\u00e2nd-o pe aceasta \u00ee\u021bi po\u021bi da seama de calitatea lor. Un Gyokuro de calitate \u00eenalt\u0103 va avea frunzele de culoare verde \u00eenchis, cu un aspect lucios, umed. O nuan\u021b\u0103 similar\u0103 este un indicator de calitate \u0219i \u00een cazul Sencha.
