Funzele de ceai puteau fi utilizate de mai multe ori, iar procesul de preparare nu necesita filtre sau aparate de m\u0103cinat. Pentru a-\u0219i ar\u0103ta ospitalitatea c\u00e2nd primeau musafiri, cei din Friesland puneau mai multe frunze de ceai la infuzat \u00een ceainic, astfel c\u0103 \u00een timp <strong>ceaiul tare<\/strong> a devenit standardul \u00een regiune.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prin ce se diferen\u021biaz\u0103 ceaiul din Friesland de Est?\u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Putem vorbi de un adev\u0103rat ritual, de un mod aparte de servire a ceaiului:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ceaiul se serve\u0219te \u00een <strong>ce\u0219ti mici de por\u021belan,<\/strong> asemenea unora de espresso. Ce\u0219tile tradi\u021bionale sunt decorate fie cu modele albastre (<em>Blau Dresmer<\/em>), fie cu bujori sau trandafiri (<em>Rood Dresmer<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li>Pe fundul ce\u0219tii se pune o <strong>bucat\u0103 de zah\u0103r candel.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Pentru infuzie se folosesc <strong>frunze de ceai negru<\/strong> <strong>Assam<\/strong>, cu gust puternic, aromat. Acestea se las\u0103 la infuzat \u00een ap\u0103 fierbinte, \u00een ceainic, circa 3-4 minute, apoi ceaiul se toarn\u0103 \u00een cea\u0219c\u0103, peste bucata de zah\u0103r.<\/li>\n<li>Se adaug\u0103\u00a0pu\u021bin\u0103\u00a0<strong>sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103\/ fri\u0219c\u0103 lichid\u0103<\/strong> folosind o linguri\u021b\u0103 special\u0103, astfel c\u0103 \u00een cea\u0219c\u0103 se creeaz\u0103 un fel de \u201cnor\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dup\u0103 ce se pune fri\u0219ca lichid\u0103, ceaiul nu se amestec\u0103!<\/strong> Motivul?
