Astfel, frunzele cap\u0103t\u0103 culoarea verde puternic, iar con\u021binutul de tanin este redus, ceaiul rezultat fiind <strong>mai dulce \u0219i mai pu\u021bin astringent.<\/strong><\/li><li>Pentru acest ceai se recolteaz\u0103 <strong>cei mai fragezi muguri,<\/strong> care apoi sunt expu\u0219i imediat la aburi pentru a opri oxidarea \u0219i a le p\u0103stra aroma caracteristic\u0103.<\/li><li>Dup\u0103 ce frunzele de ceai se r\u0103cesc, ele trec prin mai multe etape de <strong>rulare<\/strong>, pentru a fi fr\u0103gezite \u0219i a se usca, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd cap\u0103t\u0103 forma de ace fine.<\/li><li>Pentru a reduce umezeala, frunzele sunt uscate din nou.
