Se pare c\u0103 datorit\u0103 obiceiului de a fi consumat cu\nzah\u0103r, ceaiul negru a c\u00e2\u0219tigat \u00een populariate \u00een fa\u021ba ceaiului verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anii 1800, dup\u0103 ce varietatea <strong><em>Camellia\nSinensis Assamica<\/em><\/strong> a fost descoperit\u0103 \u00een regiunea Assam din India, planta\u021biile\nde ceai negru s-au r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit foarte mult \u00een aceast\u0103 zon\u0103, impulsionate de\ncererea ridicat\u0103 din Anglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent, principalele \u021b\u0103ri\nproduc\u0103toare de ceai negru sunt China \u0219i India, al\u0103turi de Kenya, Sri Lanka, Vietnam,\nNepal, Turcia, Indonezia, Iran etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Produc\u021bie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiurile negre se pot ob\u021bine\nprin dou\u0103 metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Metoda <\/strong><strong>tradi\u021bional\u0103 &#8211;<\/strong> Dup\u0103 recoltare, frunzele\nde ceai r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00eentregi sau sunt doar par\u021bial rupte \u00een timpul proces\u0103rii. Exist\u0103 dou\u0103 mari categorii, iar\nfiecare cuprinde numeroase grade de calitate: <strong>frunze \u00eentregi<\/strong> (\u00eencep\u00e2nd de la cel mai bun, SFTGFOP1 \u2013 Special\nFinest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1, p\u00e2n\u0103 la OP &#8211; Orange Pekoe, cel mai mic\ngrad din aceast\u0103 categorie) \u0219i <strong>frunze m\u0103run\u021bite<\/strong>\n(de la BOP &#8211; Broken Orange Pekoe p\u00e2n\u0103 la BS &#8211; Broken Souchong). Ceaiurile negre\ninferioare sunt clasate ca F &#8211; Fannings \u0219i D &#8211; Dust.
