Chiar englezii au \u00eencurajat\ncultivarea ceaiului pe aceast\u0103 insul\u0103, a c\u0103rei poveste te invit\u0103m s\u0103 o\ndescoperi \u00een urm\u0103toarele r\u00e2nduri!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Sri Lanka, ceaiul negru are o\ntradi\u021bie relativ scurt\u0103, dac\u0103 o compar\u0103m cu alte \u021b\u0103ri, planta <em>camellia sinensis <\/em>fiind adus\u0103 aici de c\u0103tre\nbritanici din China. Cultivarea \u0219i produc\u021bia de mas\u0103 a ceaiului au \u00eenceput \u00een Ceylon\n\u00een <strong>anii 1870<\/strong>, dup\u0103 ce principala\nrecolt\u0103 a insulei, cea de cafea, a fost distrus\u0103 de o boal\u0103 fungic\u0103. Treptat, \u0219i domeniile din jur s-au orientat spre\ncultivarea ceaiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd \u021bara \u0219i-a schimbat numele \u00een Sri Lanka \u00een 1972, s-a luat decizia de a se p\u0103stra numele <strong>Ceylon<\/strong> pentru ceaiul care devenise un adev\u0103rat brand na\u021bional, \u00een pofida unor opozan\u021bi care doreau ruperea total\u0103 de trecutul colonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Regiunile de cultivare a ceaiului \u00een Ceylon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 <strong>\u0219apte regiuni celebre<\/strong> de cultivare a ceaiului \u00een Sri Lanka, care \u00eei imprim\u0103 acestuia anumite tr\u0103s\u0103turi caracteristice: Nuwara Eliya, Dimbula, Uva, Uda Pussallawa, Kandy, Ruhuna, Sambaragamuwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de condi\u021biile de sol\n\u0219i clim\u0103, planta\u021biile de ceai Ceylon se \u00eempart \u00een trei categorii: joase (altitudini\n\u00eentre nivelul m\u0103rii \u0219i 600m), medii (600 \u2013 1200 m) \u0219i ridicate (peste 1200 m). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"814\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ceai-sri-lanka.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ceai-sri-lanka.jpg 814w, https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ceai-sri-lanka-300x155.jpg 300w, https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ceai-sri-lanka-768x396.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><figcaption><em>Foto: teasrilanka.org<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planta\u021biile de la niveluri joase<\/strong> sunt expuse perioadelor lungi cu soare \u0219i uneori vremii calde \u0219i umede, astfel c\u0103 rezult\u0103 frunze \u00eenchise la culoare, care dau o infuzie brun-vi\u0219inie, cu o not\u0103 puternic\u0103 de mal\u021b. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen schimb, <strong>ceaiurile cultivate la altitudini ridicate<\/strong>, de aproximativ 3.000 de metri, sunt foarte diferite \u2013 sub influen\u021ba v\u00e2nturilor reci, a climei uscate \u0219i r\u0103coroase, acestea vor fi mai u\u0219oare, iar b\u0103utura de culoarea mierii va avea un gust mai ierbos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Despre ceaiul negru Ceylon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiurile negre Ceylon sunt cea\nmai popular\u0103 baz\u0103 pentru <strong>ceai rece<\/strong>,\ndar bine\u00een\u021beles c\u0103 se servesc \u0219i calde. Le vei \u00eent\u00e2lni adesea \u00een sortimentele <a href=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceaiuri\/ceai-negru\/ceai-negru-earl-grey-natural\">Earl\nGrey<\/a> sau \u00een blenduri cu fructe, fiind foarte potrivite de b\u0103ut la micul\ndejun sau brunch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot fi combinate <strong>cu lapte<\/strong>, pentru a \u00eembl\u00e2nzi t\u0103ria\ngustului \u0219i astringen\u021ba <strong>sau cu l\u0103m\u00e2ie<\/strong>,\nmai ales \u00een cazul ceaiurilor cu ghea\u021b\u0103.
