Unii nu constat\u0103 vreo\ndiferen\u021b\u0103 dup\u0103 ce o consum\u0103, \u00een timp ce al\u021bii se simt agita\u021bi chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 o\ndoz\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 bei ceai \u0219i te \u00eentrebi c\u00e2t\nde mult\u0103 cofein\u0103 con\u021bine sau cum o po\u021bi diminua, acest articol este pentru\ntine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Iat\u0103 principalele mituri despre cofeina din ceai \u0219i adev\u0103rul din spatele lor:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ceaiurile albe \u0219i verzi au mai pu\u021bin\u0103 cofein\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adesea, asociem ceaiurile \u00eenchise\nla culoare cu un con\u021binut mai mare de cofein\u0103, ceea ce nu este \u00eentotdeauna corespunz\u0103tor\ncu realitatea.
