Nu se \u0219tie perioada de origine, dar a devenit cunoscut\n\u0219i s-a r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit \u00een Limousin \u00een secolul al XIX-lea, c\u00e2nd a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fie preparat\ntot mai des \u00een toat\u0103 \u021bara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/cirese-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4183\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Termenul <strong>\u201cclafoutis\u201d<\/strong> vine de la verbul \u201c<em>clafir<\/em>\u201d, adic\u0103 <strong>\u201ea umple\u201d. <\/strong>\u0218i asta se \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd preg\u0103te\u0219ti desertul. Dup\u0103 ce fructele sunt aranjate \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 uns\u0103 cu unt, aceasta este umplut\u0103 turn\u00e2nd deasupra compozi\u021bia din ou\u0103, f\u0103in\u0103, zah\u0103r \u0219i lapte. \u00cen mod tradi\u021bional, se folosesc <strong>cire\u0219e negre cu tot cu s\u00e2mburi<\/strong>, care la c\u0103ldur\u0103 dau pr\u0103jiturii o u\u0219oar\u0103 arom\u0103 de migdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Tradi\u021bionali\u0219tii consider\u0103 c\u0103 un <strong>clafoutis <\/strong>care este preparat cu orice\naltceva \u00een loc de cire\u0219e nu este <strong>clafoutis<\/strong>,\n\u00eens\u0103 noi credem c\u0103 numele nu conteaz\u0103 a\u0219a de mult. Po\u021bi preg\u0103ti acest dulce\nsavuros folosind orice alte fructe care \u00ee\u021bi plac: afine, piersici, caise, mere,\npere, prune etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingrediente clafoutis <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bd lingur\u0103 unt nes\u0103rat, la temperatura camerei,\npentru uns tava<\/li><li>300 g cire\u0219e (cur\u0103\u021bate de s\u00e2mburi sau nu, \u00een\nfunc\u021bie de preferin\u021be)<\/li><li>60 g f\u0103in\u0103<\/li><li>\u00bd linguri\u021b\u0103 praf de copt<\/li><li>3 ou\u0103 mari<\/li><li>60 g zah\u0103r<\/li><li>300 ml lapte<\/li><li>\u00bd linguri\u021b\u0103 extract de vanilie<\/li><li>pu\u021bin\u0103 sare<\/li><li>zah\u0103r pudr\u0103 pentru ornat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mod de preparare clafoutis <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pre\u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te cuptorul la 180\u00baC.<\/li><li>Folosind un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, omogenizeaz\u0103 f\u0103ina, praful de copt, ou\u0103le, zah\u0103rul, laptele, vanilia \u0219i pu\u021bin\u0103 sare, apoi pune amestecul deoparte timp de 20-30 de minute. <\/li><li>\u00centre timp, unge cu unt o tav\u0103 de copt rotund\u0103 (cu diametrul de aprox. 25cm).<\/li><li>A\u0219az\u0103 cire\u0219ele \u00een tav\u0103, apoi d\u0103-le la cuptor pentru 5 minute, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie.<\/li><li>Scoate tava din cuptor \u0219i toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia deasupra cire\u0219elor, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd acestea sunt aproape acoperite. Pune la copt pentru \u00eenc\u0103 30-35 de minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd pr\u0103jitura devine aurie \u0219i pufoas\u0103.<\/li><li>Presar\u0103 zah\u0103r pudr\u0103 \u0219i serve\u0219te-o cald\u0103, al\u0103turi de un ceai bun.
