Substan\u021ba se\ng\u0103se\u0219te \u0219i \u00een ceaiul verde, iar al\u0103turi de teanin\u0103 este responsabil\u0103 de echilibrul\nat\u00e2t de pl\u0103cut de gust din aceast\u0103 b\u0103utur\u0103, unde se \u00eempletesc senza\u021biile de dulce,\namar \u0219i astringent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ceaiurile verzi con\u021bin niveluri\ndiferite de umami. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen general, ceaiurile cu mult\numami sunt cele ob\u021binute din frunze tinere de ceai care nu au fost expuse un\ntimp \u00eendelungat la lumina soarelui. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceaiuri\/ceai-verde\/ceai-gyokuro-japonia\">Gyokuro<\/a><\/strong>\nare cel mai mare con\u021binut de glutamat dintre ceaiurile verzi, ceea ce explic\u0103\n\u0219i nivelul ridicat de umami. \u00cen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umamiinfo.com\/richfood\/foodstuff\/greentea.html\">100g<\/a> de gyokuro\nde calitate se g\u0103sesc 2500 mg de teanin\u0103 \u0219i 450 mg de glutamat. Pe de alt\u0103\nparte, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceaiuri\/ceai-verde\/ceai-verde-sencha-natural\">Sencha<\/a><\/strong>\nofer\u0103 un gust dulceg, cu un nivel mai sc\u0103zut de umami. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103\nconsider\u0103m ceaiurile cu mai pu\u021bin umami ca fiind inferioare \u2013 depinde de ocazia\ncu care le consum\u0103m \u0219i de ce a\u0219tept\u0103ri avem.
