Astfel, pentru cei care au supravie\u021buit unui accident vascular cerebral, <strong>o cantitate mare de ceai verde<\/strong> (cel pu\u021bin \u0219apte c\u0103ni pe zi) <strong>a redus riscul de deces cu 62%,<\/strong> comparativ cu persoanele care au b\u0103ut ceai rar, \u0219i cu 35% pentru cei care au consumat 1-2 c\u0103ni pe zi. Un rezultat simlar s-a \u00eenregistrat \u0219i \u00een cazul persoanelor care avuseser\u0103 atac de cord: <strong>un risc mai redus de mortalitate dac\u0103 erau consumatori de ceai. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i cercet\u0103rile anterioare g\u0103siser\u0103 o leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre <strong>consumul de ceai \u0219i sc\u0103derea tensiunii arteriale,<\/strong> niveluri mai bune ale colesterolului \u0219i un risc mai mic de deces cauzat de cancer, boli de inim\u0103 etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiul recent a mai ridicat o observa\u021bie interesant\u0103: persoanele care beau mai mult ceai tind s\u0103 aib\u0103 <strong>un stil de via\u021b\u0103 mai s\u0103n\u0103tos<\/strong> \u00een general, s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce legume, pe\u0219te \u0219i alte alimente nutritive, precum \u0219i s\u0103 includ\u0103 mi\u0219carea \u00een activitatea zilnic\u0103. A\u0219adar, rezultatele studiului arat\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 o corela\u021bie, nu un sistem de tip cauz\u0103 \u0219i efect, fiind dificil de separat complet consumul de ceai \u0219i cafea de restul alegerilor ce \u021bin de stilul de via\u021b\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiul poate fi un \u00eenlocuitor foarte\npotrivit pentru b\u0103uturile carbogazoase sau cele cu fri\u0219c\u0103 \u0219i siropuri, care\ncon\u021bin o cantitate semnificativ\u0103 de zah\u0103r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te cofeina, oamenii\nde \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 consider\u0103 c\u0103 pentru majoritatea adul\u021bilor aceasta este sigur\u0103 \u0219i nu cre\u0219te\nriscul de cancer sau boli cardiovasculare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/elemental.medium.com\/coffee-and-tea-are-shockingly-good-at-keeping-you-healthy-557bd32b2e69\">Sursa<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un studiu recent \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te dovezile deja existente cu privire la beneficiile ceaiului.
