De aceea, \u00een cazul ceaiurilor japoneze,\n\u00een mod obi\u0219nuit se recomand\u0103 infuzarea la o temperatur\u0103 mai joas\u0103, \u00een compara\u021bie\ncu alte variet\u0103\u021bi de ceaiuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd ceaiul se infuzeaz\u0103 \u00een ap\u0103\nrece sau cuburi de ghea\u021b\u0103, pentru o perioad\u0103 lung\u0103 de timp, va rezulta o\nb\u0103utur\u0103 u\u0219or dulce, mai pu\u021bin amar\u0103 \u0219i r\u0103coritoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Un ceai foarte potrivit pentru <em>kooridashi<\/em>\neste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/doro-tea.ro\/ceaiuri\/ceai-verde\/ceai-gyokuro-japonia\">Gyokuro<\/a><\/strong>,\ndeoarece are un puternic caracter umami \u0219i note de arom\u0103 marin\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum se prepar\u0103 ceaiul rece kooridashi\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 pa\u0219ii de urmat pentru a\npreg\u0103ti un ceai rece dup\u0103 <strong>metoda kooridashi:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Toarn\u0103 apa (de preferat, ap\u0103 filtrat\u0103) \u00een recipientul\npentru cuburi de ghea\u021b\u0103 \u0219i d\u0103-l la congelator. Cantitatea de ap\u0103 este cantitatea\nde ceai pe care vrei s\u0103 o ob\u021bii. Recomandarea\neste de 1g de frunze de ceai la 30 ml de ap\u0103.
